Your Process

Upon arrival, you’ll be offered a complimentary refreshment including tea, coffee, water, or Prosecco. Your bridal consultant will begin by learning about your wedding plans, style preferences, and vision for your special day.

We’ll guide you around the boutique, introducing our designers and explaining the feel and style of each collection. As you browse, you can select gowns that catch your eye, or we can suggest styles for you to try. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or need a little guidance, we’re here to help.

Your one-to-one bridal consultation will take place in one of our private fitting suites with an expert bridal consultant. We offer:

• The Platinum Suite – for the bride plus up to 4 guests
• The Diamond Suite – for the bride plus up to 3 guests

We showcase between 55–75 gowns across 5 designers, providing a carefully curated selection that offers plenty of choice without feeling overwhelming. A silk dressing gown will be provided while we prepare your chosen dresses.

Enjoy trying on your selected gowns with professional styling advice throughout. We encourage brides to keep an open mind, as many find “the one” in a style they hadn’t initially considered.

Your wedding dress should reflect your individual style. Many of our designers are happy to accommodate design changes, and we work with highly experienced bridal seamstresses who can provide bespoke alterations and customisations.

Once you’ve found your dream gown, we’ll take your measurements and place your order.

• Made-to-Order Gowns: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
• Ready-to-Wear Sample Gowns: Full payment is required, as the gown is removed from the sales floor immediately.

Before you leave, you’ll receive a Knutsford Wedding Gallery Bridal Pack containing all your important information.

When your dress arrives in the boutique, you’ll receive an invitation to attend your Styling Appointment. During this appointment, we’ll help you choose any accessories you may need, including veils, headpieces, and belts.

Following your Styling Appointment, we’ll provide details of our recommended seamstresses for your fittings and alterations, ensuring your gown fits perfectly for your wedding day.

With your dress, accessories, and fittings complete, you’re ready for your wedding day. It is always an honour and privilege to be part of your bridal journey.
